The determination of vulcanized rubber machine applies a constant strain compression deformation of the test method. This test is compressed to the provisions of vulcanized rubber specimens under a high, after a certain temperature and time, or media infiltration, the determination of the rate of the sample compression set.
Compression ratio can sample hardness (Shore A-selection)
Compression hardness below 50 can choose 40%;
Hardness of 50 to 75 compression ratio can choose 30%;
Hardness of 75 or more compression ratio can choose 20%.

 

Main feature:

Sample:
